The AI Content Engine Starter Kit for Coaches
Five concrete steps to turn AI into a content machine that posts in your voice, fills your calendar, and runs without you babysitting it. No fluff. No 40-tool stack. Just the moves that actually work.

Here's the truth most coaches never hear: you don't have a content problem. You have a consistency problem. You know what to say. You just can't say it every single day while also serving clients, running the business, and having a life.
That's exactly what AI is good at — not replacing your thinking, but removing the friction between your thinking and a published post. Below are the five steps I use to build content engines for coaches and consultants. Do them in order. You can have a working system running this week.
Read it once. Then go do Step 1 today.
Capture your voice before you automate anything
The number-one reason AI content sounds like a robot is that people skip this step. AI can't sound like you until you show it what "you" sounds like. So teach it first.
Pull together 10 to 15 of your best posts, emails, or transcripts — the ones where you sounded like yourself and got a reaction. Paste them into your AI tool and ask it to study the pattern.
Open ChatGPT or Claude and paste this:
Save the voice profile it gives you. This is the single most valuable asset in your whole engine — everything downstream references it.
Build a content bank from what you already know
You don't need 30 new ideas a month. You need to mine the expertise already in your head. Every objection you answer on sales calls, every mistake you watch clients make, every "aha" you deliver — that's a post.
- List your 10 most common client questions.
- List the 5 beliefs your best clients had to change to succeed.
- List 5 mistakes you see people in your niche make constantly.
Feed that list to AI and ask it to expand each one into 3 post angles. Twenty inputs becomes sixty post ideas — a full quarter of content — in about ten minutes.
Draft in your voice — not the AI's
Now you connect Step 1 to Step 2. Never ask AI for "a LinkedIn post about X" cold — that's how you get generic mush. Always hand it your voice profile and one specific idea.
Read every draft before it goes out. Edit one or two lines so it's unmistakably yours. Ten minutes of editing beats an hour of writing from scratch — and it keeps the human in the loop where it matters.
Put publishing on a schedule you don't touch
A draft that sits in a doc earns you nothing. The engine only works when posts actually ship — on the same days, at the same times, whether or not you feel inspired.
- Pick a realistic rhythm and commit: 3 posts a week beats 7 you can't sustain.
- Batch a week or two of drafts in one sitting using Steps 2 and 3.
- Load them into a scheduler (your platform's native scheduler, Buffer, or an automation like n8n) so they publish hands-free.
This is the line between "I use AI sometimes" and "I have a content engine." Consistency is the whole game — and the machine is better at showing up daily than you are.
Turn engagement into conversations — automatically
Posts aren't the goal. Clients are. The money isn't in the likes — it's in the DM. So build one simple rule: when someone shows real interest, a conversation starts.
- Watch for buying signals: thoughtful comments, saves, profile visits, "how does this work?" replies.
- Reach out with a genuine, non-salesy DM — not a pitch, a question.
- Automate the trigger and the alert so no warm lead ever slips through.
"Hey [name] — saw your comment on my post about [topic]. Curious, is that something you're working through right now? Happy to share what's worked for the coaches I help."
That's the whole engine: voice in, posts out, comments in, conversations out. Do it consistently and your calendar fills itself.
You just read the blueprint. We build the machine.
These five steps work — but they still take time, tools, and tinkering. That's the part we take off your plate. At CoreVector we build the whole engine for you: trained on your voice, wired to your LinkedIn, capturing every warm comment as a lead, and managed month to month. You coach. The pipeline runs itself.
